A client recently got their license and firearm rights restored in one hearing. The client had previously convicted of four DUI’s resulting in a felony conviction. Due to these convictions the client not only lost the ability to drive, but also the ability to possess a firearm. The client had previous military service, and contacted Tony Quitiquit of Jurach, Tacey & Quitiquit about restoration of driving privileges and firearm rights. They sat down, met and put together the information needed to petition the Court as well as additional information for argument. Mr. Quitiquit made the appropriate filings and in only one Court appearance the client was granted a restricted license, as well as regaining the rights guaranteed by the Second Amendment.
