Hanover Felony Abuse and Neglect Attorneys

Criminal Law, Results

Our Hanover Criminal Lawyer recently had a client charged with Felony Child Abuse in violation of 18.2-371.1. Our client was facing charges in the Hanover Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court. Our attorney objected to the previous continuance requests by the Commonwealth. During the last hearing our attorney was prepared to fight the Felony Child Abuse charges against our client. However, the Commonwealth tried to continue the case. Ultimately,  the charges were dismissed on a motion to nolle prosequi.  Our client was able to leave the courthouse a free man not being convicted of a Felony.
