Hanover Circuit Court Probation Violation and Contempt Dismissed

Criminal Law, Results

Our attorney represented a client in the Hanover Circuit Court for a Violation of Probation in violation of 19.2-306 and a Capias in violation of 18.2-456.  Our client was facing these charges because it was alleged that there was a violation of VASAP.  These charges exposed our client to a significant portion of suspended jail time as well as new misdemeanor convictions.  Our jail   The attorney went with the client to the jail to have the warrant served.  The attorney met with the client and put together a strong case to prove that the allegations were false, and out client was indeed not guilty.  At trial the attorney advised the client to enter a plea of not guilty.  During the trial our Hanover criminal attorney introduced the evidence that was previously collected.  The case was dismissed after argument by our attorney.
