Virginia Drug Law Firm
The Virginia Drug Law Firm of Jurach, Tacey & Quitiquit handled serious Juvenile Drug charges in Hanover recently. Tony Quitiquit was retained to represent a juvenile charged with serious drug charges. The client was charged with multiple counts of Distribution of Marijuana (18.2-248.1), Possession of a Schedule I/II (18.2-250), Possession of Marijuana by a Juvenile (4.1-1105.1), and Distribution of Xanax a Schedule IV (18.2-248). Ultimately, Mr. Quitiquit was able to have the young client’s charges reduced.
To compound issues, originally the client was facing only one charge. Later, the client was charged with multiple serious drug offenses while on bond for the original charge. Good news for our client was that our attorney was familiar with the Drug cases and the Juvenile Court in Hanover County.
First, our attorney was able to have the juvenile released. He argued that the lab results for the drugs would take months, and it was unfair to hold the juvenile for an extended period of time. Second, the lawyer did all of the necessary preparation to defend the case. Mr. Quitiquit reviewed body-camera footage, discovery, and legal research. Mr. Quitiquit was able to have all of the Felony and misdemeanor charges reduced to a simple possession of Paraphernalia.
Tony Quitiquit, Brian Tacey, and Adam Jurach regularly handle serious traffic cases in Hanover as well as Henrico, Chesterfield, Richmond, and the surrounding jurisdictions.
Case results depend upon a variety of factors unique to each case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any future case.
