Not Guilty Marijuana
A client of Jurach, Tacey & Quitiquit was charged with Possession of Marijuana in violation of §18.2-250.1, in Henrico County. Conviction of Possession of Marijuana would have had many negative impacts for our client. Our client had no prior record and would have potentially lost employment, license and received a criminal record. Even though it was a first offense, our attorney tried the case for over an hour. After multiple motions at trial our attorney found a technicality which was favorable for our client. After hearing argument from the attorney, the Judge agreed, and our client’s case was dismissed.
Adam Jurach, Brian Tacey, and Tony Quitiquit regularly handle misdemeanor and felony criminal cases in Henrico, Hanover, Chesterfield, Richmond, and the surrounding jurisdictions.
