Multiple Charges Reduced or Dismissed – Dinwiddie

A client of Jurach, Tacey & Quitiquit was charged with Reckless Driving, Failure to Appear, and Driving Suspended in Dinwiddie County, in violation of §46.2-862, §18.2-456, and §46.2-301. Reckless Driving, Failure to Appear, and Driving Suspended are misdemeanor criminal offenses.  Conviction can lead to points on your license, a criminal record, increased insurance premiums, a fine, and in some cases jail time.  Our attorney was able to negotiate reductions on the two driving charges resulting in minimal impact to our client.  Additionally, the criminal Failure to Appear was dismissed.
