Dismissed: Assault and Battery §18.2-57

 A client of Jurach, Tacey & Quitiquit was charged with violating Assault and Battery §18.2-57, in Henrico County.  Conviction of Assault and Battery would have had  many negative impacts for our client.  Our client had no prior record and would have potentially lost employment.  At trial our attorney found holes in opposing counsel’s case.  After hearing argument from the attorney, the Judge agreed, and our client’s case was dismissed.
