G. Brian Tacey
Brian earned his B.S. from the College of Charleston in 2005 and his J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 2008. He has been admitted to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as the United States District Court (Eastern District of Virginia).
Brian began his practice specializing in personal injury and criminal defense before entering public service with the Hanover County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office. While serving as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney, Brian handled all matters of criminal prosecution and was the lead prosecutor for the County’s Vice Narcotics division, including those investigations presented to the multi-jurisdictional Grand Jury. In addition to his primary focus on complex narcotics investigation, Brian handled a wide variety of criminal matters ranging from traffic-related offenses to violent crimes. Prior to founding Jurach, Tacey & Quitiquit, PLC, Brian was in private practice with the law firm of Parcell & Webb, PC, where he concentrated his practice on criminal defense and representing plaintiffs in personal injury suits. He continues to concentrate his practice on personal injury and criminal defense with a specialization in narcotics possession, distribution, and transportation into the Commonwealth.
